Our cell management

We are our own testing ground for new management models. For each project, any employee can assume a steering, management or expertise role. The management team shares its objectives in an annual seminar and offers co-construction workshops with the team.

Remote working, a sustainable solution

Our collaborative tools allow us to work remotely with complete peace of mind and in an agile way. Remote work allows our ants to find a balance between private and professional life. It is also promoted to our customers in order to limit our carbon footprint.

A reciprocal CSR policy

When you contribute to our CSR policy by working for you in remote, we help you to accelerate yours

For each day of telework carried out by an Isodom employee as part of one of his missions in your organization, we allocate €10 to an “Isodom CSR account” dedicated to your company which entitles you to service time offered by our CSR team.
Example: 50 days of remote work allowed = 1 day of CSR service offered by Isodom
